About Me
I’m Brian K. Jones, and this is my training and consulting business. I’ve been working with LAMP and “cloud computing” since before they became tech media buzzwords. I employed both of these platforms successully in my role as Technology Director for AddThis.com, leading up to its purchase in September, 2008.
I also have a passion for educating people through hands-on training. Since 2008, I have been performing on-site, customized technical training for clients all over the world.
I'm Published!
In 2005, after helping to build php|architect Magazine as its Editor in Chief, and writing a plethora of articles about Linux administration as a Contributing Editor for Linux.com, I was invited to co-author Linux Server Hacks, Vol. 2 for O’Reilly.
In 2007, I worked with the publisher of php|architect magazine to create Python Magazine, where I managed the creation of the publication, and served as its Editor in Chief for the first year of its publication.
